Everyone knows that I LOVE that breakfast scene from the movie KATE & LEOPOLD.
Leopold (Hugh Jackman) was my Prince Charming for a long time during my teenage years, and he still is. Ever since I saw this movie when I was 16 years old, I wanted to marry a Duke that would cook me breakfast. Ah.. and that moment Leo gives a kiss on Kate’s cheek. Sigh.. Well, I want to believe that I married one from this century. My husband does a fantastic job at cooking breakfast for me.
This recipe is the breakfast from that famous scene.
Ingredients
Thin Sliced Whole Grain Bread
2 Tbs Mascarpone CHeese
6 Strawberries
1 Tbs Honey
Directions
Toast the bread, and spread the mascarpone cheese, and put the strawberries on the toast.
Put some honey at the end!!
