BERRIES FOR BREAKFAST

Berries for Breakfast.

I will admit that I am not an early riser… I don’t make time to have the most glamorous breakfast during the weekdays. In fact, I am not that hungry in the morning. If I had time to cook breakfast, I will rather stay in bed as long as possible!

That’s why I discovered, eating Berries for Breakfast is so easy for me!

I don’t even have to get the chopping board out. All I do is, wash and serve!

And did you know that the most simple meals do magic?!

Berries contain lots of Vitamins, Minerals, Fiber, and Polyphenol.

As Harvard University researched, Polyphenol helps burn fat. Fiber will clean out your pipes. Vitamins and strong Antioxidant that hydrates the skin and increases collagen. That means you can fight the presence of wrinkles and age spots!!

Not only that, it prevents cancer and Alzheimers.
